Fertitta Family College of Medicine at the University of Houston. We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to provide leadership in the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy. Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, and scheduling competent staff; developing efficient pharmacy operations and processes that provide excellence in patient care and safety; and ensuring compliance with all regulatory rules. The manager will also be responsible for exercising fiscal responsibility in terms of revenue generation and expenses. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or PharmD in pharmacy Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Work Experience: 2 years of total pharmacy experience preferred Management Experience: 1-2 years, preferred Special Requirements: Excellent communication skills, including report writing and composing Proficiency in analytical, design, mathematical, medical terminology, PC, research, statistical, and word processing skills Work Schedule:

Weekends, holidays, flexible hours, and overtime as needed. Equipment Operated:

Standard pharmacy and office equipment.
