Multi-systemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behaviors (MST-PSB) is a time-limited, intensive family therapy and community-based treatment program that focuses upon addressing all environmental systems that impact adolescents who are struggling with behavior in the home, in school, or in the community. Multi-systemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior is an intensive, home- and community-based treatment model that helps adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement by addressing the family, school, peer, and community systems influencing their behavior.
Ideal candidates are flexible, coachable, and eager to learn MST-PSB through intensive training and supervision and consultation. You’ll work directly with families in their homes, evenings/weekends as needed, and collaborate with probation, schools, and child welfare to achieve lasting change.

What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field (preferred).
Fully licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or conditionally licensed and on track to independent licensure.
Experience in mental health and family work.
Comfort and skill working with parents and children in emotionally challenging situations in their homes and in the communities, they live in.
Strong commitment to flexibility, teamwork, and openness to supervision.
