We are seeking a
Clinical Resource Nurse
for our NICU at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a
full-time day shift
position. The Clinical Resource Nurse will act as a
clinical resource
for their assigned units, collaborating with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff to provide clinical support aimed at improving
patient care and outcomes
in pediatric inpatient areas. Assess, plan, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for the designated patient population. Ensure compliance with established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards. This role requires broad clinical expertise in pediatrics, evidence-based practice, mentoring, consultation, collaboration, education, and leadership. Participate in and contribute to the development of
QI data tracking . Assist in the preparation and revision of
grant applications and reports
as needed. Education:
MSN required within 1 year of hire. Education Required
Master's Degree in Nursing Education Preferred
Master's Degree Experience
3-5 years of
acute care nursing
experience required 1-2 years of
leadership experience
required License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) required Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, Stabilization Certification (PEARS) required or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required or Licensed Registered Nurse required Location
