Position: 10‑month, tenure‑track faculty (open rank) with appointment to begin September 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an active, highly visible extramurally funded research program in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in behavior analysis.
Contribute to service endeavors in the Department, College, and University.
Participate in the department’s efforts toward ABAI accreditation.
Collaborate within the Psychology Department and across the College of Science & Mathematics and the University’s medical and veterinary schools.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or equivalent in psychology, behavior analysis, or a closely related field.
Doctoral‑level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA‑D) certification or eligibility expected.
Strong record of scholarly productivity and ability to secure external funding.
Commitment to high‑quality teaching and clinical training.
Preference for candidates with research in neurodiversity‑affirming care or integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in ABA.
Knowledge of, and interest in, ABAI accreditation processes.
Preferred
Outstanding candidates considered at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor levels.
Experience in the areas outlined in departmental strengths (e.g., autism diagnostic assessment, integrated behavioral healthcare, human‑computer interaction).
