JR4506STV is seeking an Autodesk Civil 3D Designer for our Water Group to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in Water-Wastewater design for our offices in Oklahoma and Texas. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.**Responsibilities include:*** Lead/Participate in multi-disciplinary design coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues for project delivery teams.* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans/CAD Protocols, standards, and client requirements.* Interface directly with clients and STV engineers to define CAD deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon CAD protocols.* Train and mentor project teams in C3D best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.* Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs with occasional assistance.* Review cad and models for design coordination issues.* Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our CAD capabilities.**Requirements:*** 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on Civil 3D.* Expert-level proficiency in Civil 3D and Autodesk Construction Cloud.* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams.* Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.* Work on multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive timelines.* Strong organizational and project management skills.* A desire to mentor junior staff and lead a team of specialists.**Preferred but not Required:*** Professional AutoCAD certification.* Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.* Proficiency in programming languages like Dynamo.Compensation Range:$55,584.50 - $74,112.66STV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (16 days) • Paid Holidays (8 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
