Physical Therapist (IP) – Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center

Job Summary As a Physical Therapist at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you will perform most treatments independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will treat patients across a broad spectrum, including orthopedic injury or surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and balance disorders, in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists to develop and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
Perform initial patient evaluations and re‑evaluations to assess progress.
Document all treatments and document status changes.
Tailor treatments to individual patients, using creative and evidence‑based approaches.
Pursue new learning opportunities and provide resources for colleagues.
Consistently deliver high‑quality care to all patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Completed internship or clinical rotation in an appropriate setting.
Licensed by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in a specialized clinical area.
Two years of progressive experience in a clinical setting, performing patient care.
