$34.24/hr - $45.75/hr Title : PCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator Location : Hermitage, TN 37076 Shift : Full-Time - Nights (7P - 7A) - Rotating Weekends (2 Weekends per Month/ Friday - Sunday)
Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 Relocation : $5,000 (Must Be Over 50 Miles from Facility)
Shift Differential : Nights: $3.75, Weekends: $6.00 Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an excellent patient experience. You will work in a 25-bed Progressive Care/Telemetry Unit caring for patients with chest pain awaiting stress testing, cath labs, hypertensive urgency, CVA, TIA, altered mental status, sepsis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous BiPAP, and drips such as cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, lasix, protonix, and others. Responsibilities:
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Assist with admission and discharge processes. Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff. Assist with staff scheduling. Qualifications:
Registered Nurse Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or CPR, obtained within 30 days of employment ACLS certification within 30 days of hire NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire Previous Charge Nurse experience required Additional Information:
