Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. Serve a diverse client population, including adults, children, teens, couples, and families, and be willing to work some evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients\' needs. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week, with the expectation of targeting at least 30 client visits per week. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Other meaningful responsibilities as part of the role as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills

Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and licensure in the designated field. Should have or be close to finalizing clinical licensure (e.g., LC-MFT, LCPC, LSCSW) for the state of Kansas. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus). Training will be provided. Clinically Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels; if not, assistance will be provided. Flexible work from home options available. Details
