Licensed & pre-licensed therapists passionate about expanding access to mental health care. Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates with at least 2 years of experience and within 6 months of full licensure Existing caseload or in process of licensure Preferred Skills: Experience working with veterans and first responders (1-2 years) Trauma training (EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ART) Trauma treatment specialization (CPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ART) Military cultural competency Responsibilities: Diagnose, develop, and implement treatment plans Maintain a minimum of 28 patient visits weekly Work with diverse clients and coordinate with other professionals Participate in marketing and referral activities Complete documentation per guidelines Attend staff meetings and trainings Proficient in office tech and EHR systems Additional Info: Location: Grapevine Reports to: Senior Clinical Director Work from home options available Learn more at
