Responsibilities
Act as a resource and support person for the nursing staff. Provide direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity. Communicate with physicians, CCO, and co-workers about changes in a patient’s clinical condition. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Foster a positive milieu and uphold a culture of professionalism and accountability. Keep the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and CEO informed of situations that may place the facility at risk. Represent administration during any event occurring in the absence of leadership. Compensation & Benefits
Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Clinical Supervisors (RN) for Nights with ICU, LTAC, or Post-Acute experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Sign-On Bonus and Tuition Reimbursement offered per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment. Requirements
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of employment. ICU, LTAC, Critical Care, or Post-Acute experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Basic computer knowledge. About Us
