Our clinic provides clinical supervision from licensed clinicians, administrative support, and a flexible, independent contractor structure (1099).
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy
Lead skills groups and conduct psychological testing
Conduct clinical interviews and assessments
Deliver evidence‑based treatments such as CBT, EXPRE, PE, EMDR, and DBT
Work within the areas of competence outlined by your supervisor (e.g., individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, skills groups, psychological testing, clinical interviews/assessments, CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT)
Qualifications
Pre‑licensed clinician accruing supervised clinical hours in Minnesota
Minimum of 15 client‑contact hours per week (part‑time) or full‑time availability
Licensure track in one of the following: LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC
Open to clinicians of all theoretical orientations who are committed to evidence‑based practice

Guidance with credentialing and HIPAA‑compliant Zoom platform for telehealth
