Phlebotomist II – Westminster, CO
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with rotational Saturdays.
Pay range:
$22.02 – $25.34 per hour. Eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
Administer oral solutions.
Research test/client information, confirm and verify orders using lab technology systems.
Navigate a computer and accurately enter data.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, collect payments as required.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
Perform non‑patient facing duties: inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols, procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (e.g., maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely.
Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
Qualifications
Three years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime).
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred).
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
