Instructor or Assistant Teaching Professor in Nursing

for our growing BSN program. This is a full-time, 36-week appointment starting in Fall 2025. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to high-quality instruction, engagement with faculty, leadership in campus life, and community outreach. Interest in active learning, instructional technology, and hybrid/online teaching is preferred. Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary environments is important. Job Responsibilities: Coordination and instruction in adult medical-surgical nursing courses, including classroom and clinical teaching, with a preference for pediatrics, mental health, or medical-surgical nursing backgrounds. Advising students, participating in committees, and engaging in service and scholarly activities. Demonstrate professional growth, scholarship, and mastery of subject matter. Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing and eligibility for RN licensure in Pennsylvania. Master's degree candidates considered at the rank of instructor; doctoral degree (e.g., DNP, PhD) candidates considered at the rank of assistant teaching professor. Doctorate degree is required for continued employment after five years for instructors. Highly preferred: Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification. Application Process: Apply electronically at
