Today we are seeking a
Neonatology Nurse Practitioner
for our client in Rock Hill, SC. NNPs with at least 2 years of NNP experience are encouraged to apply. Their team provides Level III neonatology services. They are expanding to a team of 5 NNPs, 2 Pediatricians, PNPs, and 4 board-certified Neonatologists, increasing from 4+ NNPs to 8+ NNPs to provide 24/7 coverage at both hospital locations. Level III NICU (Cumming, GA)
is a significant expansion for their team. NICU Census and Services: Average census in NICU is 18-20 45 post-partum rooms Services include HFOV, INO, whole body cooling for HIE They provide NBN coverage for >90% of all newborns at Forsyth location, Level III NICU (Canton, GA), with an average census of 13-15, which has doubled since 2020. The facilities include 16 NICU rooms, a Transition Nursery, and 24 post-partum rooms, with services like HFOV, iNO, EEG, and whole body cooling (Forsyth only). They also provide comprehensive support including NICU pharmacy, nutritionists, PT/OT, speech therapy, and NICU milk prep at both sites. Access to pediatric sub-specialists such as cardiology, neurology (remote EEG), ophthalmology, and Peds radiology is available at both sites. Work Schedule and Responsibilities: 24-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month Work at both sites for scheduling flexibility Responsibilities include NBN care in the Newborn Nursery This is a
permanent, full-time position
requiring residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be necessary. No locum or new graduate candidates are accepted. Candidates must have at least 2+ years of employment as a NNP (excluding RN experience) and be Board Certified Neonatal NPs (no PAs, FNPs, PNPs accepted). Compensation: Base Salary: USD $80,000 to $140,000 annually Full-time benefits included Relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate No commission, but bonuses are available Overtime eligibility included Interview travel reimbursement not provided Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Entry-level seniority No management experience required Master's Degree required Willingness to occasionally travel Security clearance and visa sponsorship are not required or considered.
