About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Wagoner Community Hospital. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services in patient to individuals who are experiencing mental health issues. Your primary goal will be to help clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Current state licensure as a therapist Experience providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting Experience providing group therapy services Experience working with diverse populations Responsibilities: Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions Developing treatment plans and goals for clients Providing crisis intervention services as needed Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Skills: As a Therapist, you will use your expertise in Counseling Psychology, Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychotherapy, Crisis Intervention, Anger Management, Life Transitions, and Behavioral Health to provide high-quality care to our clients. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals. Your ability to develop treatment plans and goals for clients, and to provide crisis intervention services as needed, will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques will help you to provide the best possible care to our clients.
