Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Wraparound Team

Join Kitsap Mental Health Services as a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Wraparound Team. This role requires a compassionate and experienced therapist to deliver clinical services to children and families. The Hiring Range is $33.80 - $41.20 per hour (includes WISe Differential), with a $3,000 sign-on bonus*. Speech and writing fluency in both English and Spanish is Required. Benefits: Comprehensive Health & Wellness Coverage Generous Paid Time Off Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance Student Loan Assistance & Professional Development 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pets Best Pet Insurance 2MorrowHealth Behavioral Change App Home Support Services Dynamic, Collaborative Team Environment Primary Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services to children and families, including evidence-based treatments (CANS certification required within two months of hire) Provide outreach and participate in meetings in various settings (home, community, office) Collaborate with schools, social services, and providers to ensure continuity and quality of care Build support networks, including natural and community supports, to empower families in WISe Educate families, advocate for client rights, and maintain coordination with agencies like DSHS, court systems, and housing authorities Support clients in accessing healthcare, developing self-management skills, and connecting with primary care and dental providers Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with crisis services as needed Document client progress and maintain client records in alignment with agency standards Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Psychology, social services, or a mental health field Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience) Bilingual Spanish required LICENSURE: Agency Affiliated Counselor (can be obtained after hire) Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate (minimum 3 years of job-related experience) LICENSURE: Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC) We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
