Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electric motors Identify root causes of motor failure and determine effective repair solutions Test motors using advanced tools such as winding analyzers, core loss testers, handheld meggers, etc. Evaluate motors at all stages of the repair process, from intake to pre-departure Work with DC and 3-phase motors, gearboxes, and pumps Document findings and test results clearly on evaluation sheets Maintain basic computer records related to motor diagnostics and repair Qualifications
2-5 years of hands-on experience in an EASA-certified or similar motor shop environment Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electric motor systems Familiarity with servo motors and motor winding is a strong plus Ability to read and interpret test results and document work accurately Basic computer proficiency Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and teach others Details
