Job Overview Looking for a professional individual to represent the first point of contact with our guests and handle all stages of their stay.
Responsibilities
Operate the front desk efficiently and courteously.
Check guests in/out, collect balances, and post room charges.
Answer and transfer calls using proper etiquette.
Assist guests with questions about local attractions and restaurants.
Make courtesy and follow-up calls to guests.
Send confirmation letters to owners/guests.
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests.
Process revenue and daily transactions.
Manage credit card machines and cash drawer.
Order supplies and prepare night audit reports.
Enter maintenance requests in SPI.
Make reservations and room moves to ensure guest satisfaction.
Run reports, correct errors, and prepare check-in packets.
Notify owners about rental statuses and respond to online reviews.
Reconcile rentals and manage online travel agent bookings.
Perform banking and post office runs.
Manage RCI points and memberships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
Relevant experience or skills.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and customer service skills.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
