We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This location offers a mix of SNF and OP at an Assisted/Independent Living Community. Synergy Care offers an excellent benefits package including: 12 paid days off medical/dental/vision insurance long and short term disability life insurance 401K free CEU's through Relias About the Role In order to be considered for this position you must have been awarded a master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or will graduate with such a degree within the next six (6) months. Responsibilities You must have a current American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible for the certification process by following ASHA and Synergy Care’s guidelines for Clinical Fellowship Year experience. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Speech Therapist. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Graduation within the next six (6) months is acceptable. Required Skills Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for certification. Valid state license (where appropriate) as a Speech Therapist. Preferred Skills Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and outpatient (OP) settings.
