Baumgartner Custom Builders (BCB) is hiring a skilled and driven Luxury Home Construction Foreman to supervise daily site activities and guide high-end residential and boutique commercial builds to excellence. As a Luxury Home Construction Foreman, you'll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground leader, coordinating trades, enforcing quality standards, and supporting the Superintendent to deliver BCB's renowned craftsmanship and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and direct self‑performed construction work.
Coordinate and support subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and sequencing.
Enforce safety protocols and uphold jobsite cleanliness.
Maintain quality control through continuous field checks and first‑in‑place reviews.
Assist with layout, material staging, and workforce planning.
Communicate field progress, issues, and material needs to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide fieldwork accurately.
Ensure all work meets BCB's rigorous standards for craftsmanship and performance.
Utilize Procore (or similar) to document field activities, issues, observations, and progress photos.
Qualifications
5+ years of field experience in high‑end residential and/or commercial construction.
2+ years of supervisory experience (e.g., assistant foreman or working foreman).
Deep, hands‑on knowledge of both structural and finish trades.
Experience working on remodels/renovations ranging from 300‑2,000 sq ft and new builds ranging from 2,000‑3,500 sq ft.
Experience working on projects valued at $5+ million is essential.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and scopes concurrently.
Strong communication and leadership skills to align field crews and site leadership.
Comfortable using mobile construction tools including Procore, digital plans, and checklists.
OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
BEST license/certification preferred, may be required in some circumstances.
Experience in regional or mountain markets is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.
