Controls Technician Greensboro, NC

We’re looking for an HVAC Controls Technician to join ourteam in Greensboro, NC! This position willbe responsible for new installation, retrofit, and ongoing service on buildingautomation systems for our commercial customers. What you will be doing: Provideinstallation, of new and retrofit building automation control systems Provideservice and troubleshooting of existing systems Additionaleducation is provided through in-house training and factorytraining programs Maximizelead opportunities and adhere to a company goal of 100% work satisfaction Observecompany safety measures and present a professional attitude andappearance Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to4:30pm, overtime as needed Benefits: Healthinsurance Dentalinsurance Visioninsurance Lifeinsurance PaidVacation 401kwith employer match Paidholidays Companyvehicle or vehicle allowance / phone / uniform service Qualifications: Passbackground check and drug screen Validdriver’s license and insurable driving record 2 +years of Control Automation experience Experiencedin creating and modifying Building Automation controllers using graphicalprogramming tools Understandingof HVAC control theory and control concepts Solidworking knowledge of one or more of the following product lines: Trane,Johnson Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Niagara-AX, and N4 TCP/IPnetworking basic knowledge Athorough understanding of the following communication protocols; LonWorks,BacNet, and Modbus. Capable of commissioning and troubleshootingequipment that uses the protocols listed. Capable of troubleshootingissues with the above protocols including software, equipmentconfiguration, and wiring.
