Overview
Position: Clinical Coordinator of Evaluation and Intervention Services. Location: Educational Service Center in Downingtown, PA. The role oversees the referral, evaluation, and service delivery process for advanced clinical, psychological, and sensory support programs. This role manages provider assignments, ensures compliance with evaluation and billing procedures, and serves as a key liaison with districts, families, and partner agencies. Responsibilities include coordinating interpreters and specialized evaluations, supervising school psychology staff and interns, supporting professional learning opportunities, and maintaining accurate records and reporting. The coordinator also leads recruitment and onboarding of providers, develops staff capacity, and collaborates with internal and external partners to support student transitions and access to vision, hearing, and psychological services. Review, assign and manage all referrals, ensuring completeness and accuracy before assigning staff. Communicate with districts to resolve referral discrepancies and provide status updates. Coordinate interpreters as needed for evaluations. Recruit, onboard, and hire providers in collaboration with staffing agencies and internal coordinators. Oversee evaluation process: monitor progress, ensure compliance with communication protocols, and resolve concerns with districts and families. Submit completed evaluations and participate in feedback meetings as required. Attend district-requested meetings and communicate with families per district direction. Review and approve provider logs for accuracy and compliance. Oversee and process all billing for evaluations. Assign and manage cases for psychological, psychoeducational, neuropsychological, psychosexual, orientation & mobility, and vision evaluations. Process referrals for psychological evaluations, including specialized evaluations such as bilingual, neuropsychological, and psychosexual evaluations. Monitor school psychologist caseloads and evaluation request needs, reallocating or supporting as appropriate. Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of school psychology interns in collaboration with partner districts. Manage and grow staffing capacity and expertise within the psychology team to meet district service demands. Manage and grow psychology contractor/agency partnerships to support specialized psychological services. Support the CCIU Pearson Digital Assessment Library System (DALS) consortium, working closely with Pearson representatives and districts to ensure effective access and usage. Contribute to the planning and design of professional learning opportunities including School Psychologist Hot Topics training, School Psych Network, and other department-specific training sessions. Process referrals for vision, hearing, orientation & mobility, and audiological evaluations. Identify staff development needs and assist in planning and implementing professional development for advanced clinical, psychological, and sensory support programs. Oversee the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of student records, data entry into PIMS, attendance/billing systems, and STAR. Support with the development and facilitation of staff meetings, including updates, training, and procedural reviews. Support annual census/registrations for APH, PDE (Deaf-Blind), Recording for the Blind, and Annual Survey of the Deaf. Collaborate with internal and external partners (districts, MH/DS, OVR, BVS) to ensure smooth service delivery and student transitions. Education And Experience
Master's Degree required BCBA strongly preferred Licensed/Certified School Psychologist and/or Speech Language Therapist strongly preferred Background in anxiety and behavior support required Experience mentoring and supervising staff preferred Professional or Other Required Clearances
Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation required Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances within 1 year required Salary Range
Master's: $71,933 - $110,645/yr. Master's + 15 Credits: $75,243 - $115,001/yr. Master's + 30 Credits: $76,932 - $117,086/yr. Placement on salary scale is commensurate with years of experience in a relevant role Location & Schedule
Educational Service Center: 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, 209 days per year (213- First Year).
