and relocation assistance available. Job Summary

Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention with CCSs Family Behavioral Health System provides crisis response to children and youth in mental health crisis. The crisis clinician may meet with the child and family in hospital ER, community settings, or in the home. The position requires scheduling flexibility to meet community crisis needs. The clinician works with hospital staff and family members to provide integrated care and develops a safety/stabilization plan to help the child remain in a normative environment, preferably at home. This position is based at the Family Behavioral Health Salmon Creek office with services in community settings and family homes. Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning for children and youth in crisis. Collaborate with families, hospital staff, and community partners to ensure coordinated and continuous care. Engage families with empathy and utilize evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to crisis needs as required. Deliver services in home and community environments, prioritizing safety and stabilization. What We Are Seeking In a Candidate

Masters degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent accredited degree. Ability to implement Crisis Response Strategies and work effectively with families to stay together. Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and families. Strengths-based, culturally competent service delivery in multi-cultural settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible schedule preferred over traditional 8-5, Monday–Friday, facility-based position. Eligibility for required background clearances; valid drivers license and current automobile insurance with acceptable driving record per CCS policy. Extensive training in multiple clinical approaches; weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor. 12 paid holidays plus 1 personal holiday per year; 3 weeks of vacation per year; 12 sick days per year. Additional pay opportunities: First Responder stipend, performance-based pay, licensure pay, and bilingual language stipends (based on proficiency and service needs).
