Clinician, Mobile Crisis-Evenings

Join Northern Rivers Family of Services as a Clinician for Mobile Crisis. You will provide crisis risk assessments, crisis stabilization and interventions, de-escalation techniques, and follow-up services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric crises. You will provide these interventions by telephone and on-site mobile visits, using a strength-based, trauma-informed, systems-oriented perspective. This includes developing crisis prevention and safety plans, follow-up to evaluate plan effectiveness, coordinating services with existing treatment providers, and linking to additional community-based therapeutic resources and supports. Responsibilities: Provide rapid response to adults, children, adolescents, and families in crisis, by phone and on-site within the community. Conduct risk assessments with a diagnosis, mental status examinations, and substance abuse screening. Analyze information to identify action plans, including crisis stabilization, safety, and crisis prevention plans. Coordinate with community resources for collateral input and follow-up care. Provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults, children, adolescents, and their families in the home or community. Schedule/Shift: Full-time; 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts or 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts. Weekend and holiday expectations. Requirements and Education: Masters' degree (MSW/MHC) and two years of related experience required. LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC – LP or MSW-LP licensure required.
