Job Summary The University of West Georgia is expanding course offerings and faculty positions to meet growing student demand. The Limited Term Instructor will teach nursing courses (typically four or five per semester, negotiable with the dean), participate in service activities, and engage in professional development. The position provides an opportunity to experience the UWG community and may lead to a long‑term faculty role.
Responsibilities
Teach four to five nursing courses per semester, developing and delivering course materials.
Participate in departmental service activities and professional development as required.
Collaborate with colleagues and the dean for course planning and curriculum improvements.
Provide complete access to institutional resources for academic success.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field (required).
Doctorate degree in Nursing (preferred).
Relevant teaching experience in nursing education.
Strong commitment to student support and academic excellence.
