Orthopedic APP - Fracture Care Clinic AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider to join our Fracture Care Clinic supporting the orthopedic surgery team. This role is ideal for an APP with experience in fracture care—whether you\'ve assisted in the OR or treated injuries non-surgically in clinic. You will be part of a collaborative ortho team.

Responsibilities

Managing acute fracture cases and musculoskeletal injuries

Conducting evaluations, ordering imaging, and developing treatment plans

Coordinating care with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and referring providers

Educating patients and families on injury management and recovery expectations

What You Bring

Active PA-C or APRN license in Florida (or eligibility)

Solid experience in MSK care—orthopedics, fracture care, or sports medicine

Confidence with clinical autonomy and decision-making

Strong communication skills and a teamwork-first mindset

Surgical assist experience is a plus, but not required
