The community you’ll be caring for:
Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic
When you join our team of over 45 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole‑person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patients in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, clinicians and staff willing to carry on AdventHealths mission in the communities we serve.
As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting you will provide professional direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. Utilizes process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med and Rehab Department. Accept the responsibility to practice autonomously and collaboratively in all practice environments to provide best practice to the patient/client. Autonomous practice is characterized by independent, self‑determined, professional judgment and action.
The Role You’ll Contribute Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Provides direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient sports med and rehab settings. Facilitates staff development by assessing needs, developing and implementing a plan. Facilitates program development through the use of evidence practices. Develops clinical instructors and clinical internships.
The Value You’ll Bring To The Team Treat patients 12‑16 hrs per week and lead our PT & OT orthopedic program.
What You’ll Do
Assist with operations across multiple sites to exceed clinical, access, financial, and patient experience metrics. Also assist with compliance, patient flow, and EMR optimization with opportunities for limited direct patient care.
Drive clinical excellence by developing standardized protocols, leading quality initiatives, and supporting research, education, and mentorship programs.
Partner with marketing to expand referral networks, strengthen community engagement, and track program growth.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and competency development to build a resilient, skilled team of future leaders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Required
3 Work Experience as a Physical Therapist
Leadership experience in Outpatient, Acute or Clinic work Environment
Physical Therapist (PT) License
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
