Mental Health Crisis Responder MCOT - QMHP
Integral Care is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to serve as a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) Crisis Specialist. This role provides immediate, person-centered, trauma-informed response to individuals experiencing mental health crisis in the community. Key Responsibilities
Provide rapid, community-based crisis intervention and mental health assessments. Develop short-term care plans and ensure appropriate service linkage. Collaborate with hospitals, law enforcement, and internal teams to support client stabilization. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Contribute to performance and quality standards within the unit. May carry a limited caseload. Education
Graduate with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field required. Masters Degree preferred. License
Current and valid driver’s license required. Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Bilingual preferred. Hours
Full-Time. Monday - Friday, Some weekends. 8:00AM - 6:00PM, 10:00AM - 8:00PM, or 12:00PM - 10:00PM. Salary
$24.18 - $25.39 an hour based on education plus and addition 10% crisis stipend. Second Shift: $3.25/hour. Third Shift: $7.25/hour. Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour. Employee Benefits
