YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER In this HVAC Installation Manager position, you'll lead your team from start to finish on every job. Your day will start by ensuring your crew has the right tools, materials, and a solid plan in place. You'll be hands-on in the field, overseeing installations, solving problems, and making sure every job meets our high standards. You'll also mentor and train technicians, keep projects on schedule, and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of our work and our team's success.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
Clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
Prior supervisory experience in the HVAC industry is a plus!
SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER This is a full-time management position with a schedule of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are available.
