At PFD Electric, leadership is earned through action, not titles. We're seeking a Foreman Electrician who’s as committed to the craft as they are to leading people. This is a full-time, hands‑on field position managing commercial and industrial electrical projects with pride, precision, and professionalism. As a Foreman, you’ll coordinate field crews, uphold PFD’s high‑quality standards, and serve as the critical link between daily site operations and company leadership. You’ll work hard, think ahead, and make things happen—on time and within budget. Most importantly, you'll lead by example, mentoring the next generation and setting the tone for excellence on every site. Who We Are

Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and client‑specific protocols daily. Mentor journeymen and apprentices; uphold company culture and field standards. Support project closeouts with punch list review, redlines, and as‑builts. Maintain jobsite organization, equipment needs, and schedule coordination with Field Operations Director. Qualifications
