School-Based Certified Speech Language Pathologist – Near Cherrydale, TN
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team and support students in the Cherrydale, Tennessee area. Position Details
Location: Near Cherrydale, TN
Schedule: Full‑time (Monday – Friday, school hours)
Caseload: Minimum of 40 students, assigned based on experience and preference
Contract Type: W‑2 contract through Soliant
Pay Range: $50‑$60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Active Tennessee SLP license or eligibility prior to start.
Previous school‑based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
