The All of Us Research Program seeks one million or more participants across the U.S. to accelerate medical research. You will be an integral member of the recruitment staff for this program.

Responsibilities

Recruit, enroll, and retain participants in health-related research across multiple clinic locations in Orange County.

Conduct physical measurements, draw blood, and collect bio-specimens following study SOPs.

Process and label specimens, store them for local courier pickup, and communicate with UCI lab staff regarding participant draw appointments.

Assist participants with informed consent, health surveys, and other retention activities via in-person, phone, email, and text.

Perform data entry for each participant, generate reports, and provide status updates to the supervisor.

Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with investigators and colleagues.

May attend off-site outreach events such as health fairs and conferences to recruit participants.

Travel to local clinics as required; reliable transportation and flexible schedule are needed.

Spend approximately 50% of time on participant recruitment and 50% on sample collection and data management.

Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent.

California phlebotomy license (e.g., CPT I) or willingness to obtain one.

Prior experience recruiting and enrolling participants in clinical research is highly desirable.

Experience with physical measurements, specimen collection, and data entry.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse populations.

Flexibility to adjust schedule and travel to multiple Orange County clinic locations.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Conditions of Employment Background check and live scan required. Proof of legal right to work in the United States is required.
