Spring Harbor Hospital Professional - Clinical Req #: 54088 ~ Per Diem / As Needed Position ~ Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Conditional (LMFT-c) is required

Responsibilities

Evaluate psychosocial needs of patients/clients and their families. Provide diagnostic, preventive, and treatment services including individual, family, and group therapy. Collaborate with other health/mental health professionals and provide consultation to the treatment team regarding patient/family social and environmental needs. Perform work under general supervision in accordance with institutional and social work/clinical counselor policies. Maintain clinical records and participate in discharge planning and team meetings to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field License/Certifications: Level I: LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, or LMFT-c from the Maine OPOR Level II: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the Maine OPOR Experience: Level I: Behavioral health experience including internship prior to becoming a conditionally licensed clinician Level II: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician
