Position Summary:

We are looking for a

Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)

to provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients. Services will be provided remotely, through

telemedicine , to patients of our Community Health Center partners. We are a "say yes" first clinical provider and look to treat patients where they are and guide them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.

Key Areas of Ownership:

Provides patient‑care modalities of evidence‑based practices—such as CBT, DBT, Solution‑Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation (Symptom Recognition), Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Bereavement/Grief Counseling—to meet patients’ clinical needs.

Implements these modalities in both individual and group therapy settings, focusing on engaging patients in their treatment plan.

Reviews and signs patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and consents in a timely manner, and maintains clinic records with accurate documentation.

Documents all services and patient activities in compliance with best clinical practices, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Conducts crisis intervention for individuals and families based on their safety plans.

Participates in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the most clinically appropriate patient disposition.

Participates in individual and group supervision as required, and engages in ongoing education, training, and skill observation to maintain and improve competency.

Provides case‑management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted mental‑health license in the state of primary residence and the state of medical services being provided.

EMDR trained and/or certified (required).

Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.

Manual dexterity: Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity with computer equipment.

Visual requirements: Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence.

Hearing: Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone or virtual meetings.

Work environment: Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.

Salary $95,000–$105,000 with primary residence in CA.
