As a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist, you’ll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, guiding evidence-based medication therapy and shaping the future of oncology pharmacy through education, collaboration, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate & Rounds: Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver guideline-directed, evidence-based medication therapy.
Educate & Inspire: Mentor pharmacy students and residents, fostering the next generation of oncology pharmacists.
Lead & Influence: Contribute to the development of institutional policies and clinical guidelines.
Engage & Represent: Participate in local and system-wide committees, bringing your oncology expertise to the table.
What You Bring
PharmD from an accredited institution.
Clinical Oncology Experience in an inpatient setting (required).
Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or 3–5 years of oncology experience (preferred).
Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio or eligible for registration.
