In this role, you’ll provide coverage across four imaging desks and six imaging modalities, assisting during high-volume times, providing lunch and dinner relief, and helping patients navigate to their next area of care.

Job Summary The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
Experience A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
Education High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special Skills
Effective communication skills, oral and written required.
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong proactive organizational skills a must.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
