Act as the first point of contact for customers, organizing clerical and administrative duties. Perform clerical and patient support duties, including telephone, registration, scheduling, and data entry. Maintain patient charts and communicate with physicians' offices as needed. Greet and communicate with customers, answer calls, and respond to voicemails. Orient patients to the department with directions and instructions. Assist with imaging support duties, including retrieving images from PACS, maintaining records, and preparing patients for exams. Perform scheduling for procedures, track no-shows, and communicate with physicians. Handle registration duties, including data entry, authorization, co-pays, and billing. Ensure HIPAA compliance in patient charting and communication. Maintain inventory of supplies and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one within 7 days of employment). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. About the company
