Base Pay Hourly: $55.00 - $80.00
Job Description We specialize in pediatric therapy, providing ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, and Physical therapy services across Medicaid and private insurance. We serve all five boroughs of New York City and the surrounding region including the Hudson Valley, Long Island, and nearby states.
Job Responsibilities
Provide ongoing ABA and other specialized services to children ages birth‑3 in the most natural environment.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to support active involvement and carry‑over.
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics and other community facilities.
Follow the unique therapy plan established for each family, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
Prepare progress reports as indicated.
Maintain child records and ensure confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines.
Requirements
Must have a passion for working with children and families.
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York.
1–2 years of experience working with young children; 5+ years is preferred but not required.
Self‑motivated, team‑player, patient, and professional.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including use of personal vehicle, public transportation, walking, or stairs.
Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods of time.
