Position Summary The Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Clinician provides model adhering intensive in-home clinical treatment to adolescents with substance abuse and delinquent behaviors and their families. The provider will complete the MDFT certification process, obtain licensure clinical and supervision hours, and gain experience in adolescent, parent and family clinical realms.

Compensation Salary:

$62,000

per year.

Sign-on Bonus:

$5,000 . Half paid upon hire, half at one year of service.

Education and Experience / Qualifications

Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or Doctorate in Psychology.

Must hold one of the following credentials to start: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC, or licensed / license‑eligible psychologist. Application is acceptable while preparing for credentials.

Valid driver's license required.

Location Hybrid schedule with remote and in‑home sessions in Waterbury, New Haven, and New Britain.

Schedule Flexible full‑time schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete clinical documentation.

Provide triage for clinical emergencies and align with identified safety plans.

Collaborate with internal and external providers.

Meet families according to model expectations.

Provide services in office, remote, or community settings outside office (homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, etc.).

Transport clients to appointments or linkages as appropriate.

Work in a team to provide wrap‑around services to families (clinical and case management).

Participate in on‑call rotation to support clients/families in crisis.
