As an RN in Dialysis ICU, you will provide care to patients receiving hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, intermittent hemodialysis, prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy, and continuous renal replacement therapy. You will be inspired to obtain the BONENT certification.

Schedule
Daytime shift 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. + on‑call variable shifts with weekend and holiday rotation requirements. Must float to other CCF eastern region locations (Euclid, Hillcrest, South Pointe, Marymount).
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross within first year of employment.
One year of current acute care (ICU, critical care, PCU) RN experience or military RN experience.
Inpatient hospital experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Dialysis experience.
Physical Requirements
Full range of body motion; handling and lifting patients, manual/finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
Work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
Medium Work – Exert 20–50 lb occasionally or 10–25 lb frequently, up to 10 lb constantly.
Physical demands exceed Light Work.
Personal Protective Equipment
Follow standard precautions using required PPE.
