Lifepoint Health’s Eastern Iowa Rehabilitation Hospital is recruiting an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a PRN, part‑time position in the inpatient rehabilitation facility.

How You’ll Contribute
Under guidance of supervising OTR/L, acquire pertinent information and implement a comprehensive program using varied techniques and treatment activities.
Review and modify treatment in response to changing patient needs; identify equipment and discharge needs.
Provide treatment to diverse diagnostic populations and complete supporting documentation according to hospital policy and State Practice Act.
Observe treatment affect, accomplishment of short‑ and long‑term goals, and recommend change to the supervising OTR/L, if needed.
Communicate and collaborate with support personnel regarding treatment orders as directed by the supervising OTR/L.

What We’re Looking For
Current state licensure/certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Previous experience in patient care preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
