The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (e.g., wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality patient-centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include: assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care. Estimated pay range for this position is
$16.04 - $20.85
per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications
Education / Degrees High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. Licenses & Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Additional Qualifications CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required 1 year experience preferred Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year EOE, including disability/vets Other
