Job Summary
Radiology Technologist (RT) – outpatient, part‑time. Join CommonSpirit Health’s Mountain Region team to provide quality patient care and lead imaging practices.
Responsibilities
Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
Demonstrate leadership abilities and serve as a role model for other associate technologists.
Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologist, and other hospital personnel.
Assure current standards of practice for the unit.
Qualifications
Registered Technologist, Radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) required.
One year post‑certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging, including surgery and trauma as required.
HS diploma or GED required.
Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.
Physical Requirements Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
