We use advanced skills and technology to assess, diagnose, and treat general and complex cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure, heart valve disease, arrhythmia, and coronary artery disease. About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our growing practice. The Exercise Physiologist will help deliver safe, age-appropriate patient care as part of the Intensive Cardiac Rehab Program, working collaboratively with RNs, RDs, and MDs to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes and quality care. Responsibilities

Monitor and motivate patients as they perform cardiac rehabilitative exercises. Customize and design exercise programs for cardiac rehab patients. Monitor patient health statistics, including blood pressure, heart rates, and EKGs. Track patient sessions completed and their progress through the program. Ensure patients attend all ICR sessions; follow up individually and provide motivation as needed. Compile patient results for review by the Medical Director. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Program and Medical Directors. Qualifications

Expertise in the human body’s metabolic response to short- and long-term physical activity for ICR. Advanced knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, risk factor modification strategies, counseling techniques, and uses of behavior change programs and technologies in CR/SP services. Passion for helping patients improve their health; fitness experience; excellent communication skills; ability to motivate and instill confidence in patients performing exercises. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), interpersonal and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Certification in BLS. ACSM/CEP certification preferred. Participation in Pritikin ICR Deep Dive, Remote Training, and Team Training (completed or upon hire). Minimum of 1 year experience in intensive cardiac rehab programs preferred. Work Location

Londonderry, New Hampshire office. Compensation and Benefits
