We are looking for a
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
to provide counseling and therapy remotely via telemedicine to patients throughout Arizona. We are a "say yes" first clinical provider, guiding patients where they are on their path to recovery and stabilization. Clinician requirements : Active or willing to obtain an Arizona license. Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care using evidence-based modalities appropriate to clinical needs (examples include CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, ACT, Bereavement/Grief Counseling). Deliver treatment in both individual and group settings; engage patients in their treatment plans. Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents; maintain clinic records and documentation of services. Document all services and activities in accordance with best practices, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Conduct crisis intervention per individual safety plans. Participate in regular case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure appropriate disposition. Engage in supervision and ongoing education to maintain/Improve competency; demonstrate competency through evaluations. Provide case management to support recovery and community reintegration as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence and the state where services are provided. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients. Physical Requirements
This is a fully remote position; in-person attendance may be required as needed. Consider the following: Prolonged sitting: ability to sit for extended periods. Manual dexterity: ability to use a computer and other office equipment. Visual requirements: adequate vision for reading screens/documents. Communication: clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings. Hearing: sufficient hearing for calls/virtual meetings. $80,000-$90,000
