Q4 2025 – Q1 2026 Are you an experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife seeking a practice where you can focus on patients, grow professionally, and thrive within a supportive, collaborative team? Texas Health Medical Associates (THMA) is looking for compassionate, patient-centered CNMs to join our award-winning women’s health team at Texas Health Hospital Mansfield. Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope care to patients—from prenatal through postpartum Attend and support births, including labor management, vaginal deliveries, and first-assist cesarean sections Conduct well-woman and gynecologic care across the lifespan Collaborate closely with OBGYNs, perinatologists, and other specialists for high-risk cases Educate and empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and midwifery program development Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years CNM experience Must have managed at least 25 deliveries within the past two years Licensed and able to practice in Texas Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based midwifery care Why Join Us?
