Sales Manager Medical Devices
The SEI Group, with its brands SternMed GmbH and EndoMed Systems GmbH, is an expanding company in the field of medical technology with headquarters in Ravensburg. Our goal is to produce a diverse selection of high-quality medical devices “Designed and Produced in Germany,” distribute them worldwide, and ensure long-term commitment and local support. We specialize in diagnostic imaging, surgical solutions, patient care, and endoscopic medical technology.
To strengthen our dynamic sales team, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed individual to fill the position of Sales Manager Medical Devices (m/f/d).
Develop, manage, and expand the international distributor network for SternMed products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted regions and markets.
Identification and support of sales partners and establishment of new customer relationships
Supporting the introduction and establishment of our product line in new markets
Presenting our product portfolio to customers, at trade fairs, and at conferences
Manage the full sales pipeline including forecasting, negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.
Coordinate with Marketing to support local campaigns, trade fairs, congresses, and product launches.
Work closely with Technical, Service, and Order Processing teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting KPIs and market insights to management.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related field.
5+ years experience in B2B medical device sales, ideally capital equipment (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, OT).
Strong understanding of international sales cycles and distributor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally
Fluency in English is required; German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
