Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care. Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal effectiveness. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes. Provide support in achieving departmental goals and targets. Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and best practices. Experience/Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Oregon. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments in clinical settings. Ability to utilize performance metrics to improve personal effectiveness. Strong understanding of respiratory health and treatment options. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong communication skills for patient and family education. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient documentation and records. Willingness to engage in team meetings and strategy discussions.
