Clinician – Mobile Crisis Services

Devereux’s Mobile Response Team operates 24/7/365 and serves individuals ages 0‑24 in Central Florida. As a Mobile Crisis Services Clinician you will provide immediate crisis intervention counseling, conduct assessments, develop safety plans, stabilize clients, and refer families to necessary services.
Responsibilities
Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning to assist clients in overcoming crises and conduct ongoing assessments.
Collaborate with community service providers to establish needed services for individuals and families.
Provide education to clients’ families and significant others about mental illness and how to support the individual.
Deliver flexible therapeutic and follow‑up services, documenting interventions in client records in a timely manner.
Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring provision and coordination of services and appropriate discharge planning for all clients.
Position Details
Salary:
Starts at $56,000–$63,840 annually (non‑licensed) or $59,000–$67,260 (licensed), based on education and experience.
Location:
Orlando, FL.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.

Ability to travel within Central Florida; must reside in Orange, Osceola, or Seminole counties.
Pass pre‑employment medical screenings including drug test and TB test.
