Minimum
1 year of HHA experience
Valid
NYS HHA Certificate
Legal
eligibility to work
in the U.S.
Driver’s license
(preferred)
Physical exam
within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON
(within 1 year) or
Chest X-ray
(within 5 years)
MMR immunizations
(within 10 years)
